S-LINE is a weather-proofed, preinsulated single tubing line with an extruded SV47 jacket. SV47 is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation that exceeds the requirements of 105C PVC and outperforms other PVC jacket materials in UV resistance as well as providing low temperature flexibility. S-LINE is suggested for 1” (25mm) and smaller steam, condensate, liquid and gas transport lines where personnel protection and heat loss are important. S-LINE offers an inexpensive alternative to field insulation and weatherproofing of small diameter lines.
